Read Your Subpoena

The subpoena shows the date, time, and location where witnesses are expected to appear and testify. Witnesses should call the phone number provided in the gray shaded area on their subpoena the day before the reporting date to confirm the date, time, and location. If a witness is not available to testify, then the court may dismiss the case.
