Subpoenas
A subpoena requires the attendance of a witness before a court. ORS 136.555
If you receive a subpoena, please do the following:
- Read everything on the subpoena.
- Call the phone number in the gray shaded box on the subpoena as soon as you receive it.
- Keep our office informed of your current address and phone numbers.
- Call the phone number on the subpoena on the day before the scheduled court date.
If you cannot locate your subpoena, please call our main phone number at (503) 988-3162. They will refer you to the correct department. If you know the case number, please have it available when you call.
For felony cases, witnesses may also check our Online Docket after 6:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled court date.
