PORTLAND, Ore. — Today, District Attorney Mike Schmidt announced his office charged defendant Alec Baldridge for his involvement in the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old in Gresham that took place last Friday, August 13 near the victim’s residence.

This meeting was also confirmed by surveillance video.
