Multnomah County DA’s Office seeks assistance identifying possible victim or witness
PORTLAND, Ore. – Today, Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt is asking the public for immediate assistance in identifying a possible victim or witness.
This incident occurred during the evening hours of September 23, 2020 outside a restaurant near the intersection of Southwest 6th Avenue and Southwest Main Street in Portland, Oregon.
The person the District Attorney’s Office would like to identify wore dark-colored boots, dark-colored pants, a long-sleeved hooded jacket or hooded sweatshirt, a bright orange-reflective vest, a black cap, and it appears the person wore eye glasses.
Several photos obtained during the case review are being released to the public by the District Attorney’s Office in an effort to identify the person.
This office believes there were multiple witnesses to this incident but the identity of the possible victim or witness remains unknown.
