Objective 8 | Minimizing Unnecessary Punitiveness
The purpose of the seven PPIs in this objective is to decrease unnecessary pretrial detention, excessive charges, and unwarranted incarceration without compromising public safety. Due to pre-existing data infrastructure limitations, MCDA is currently only able to visualize four of the seven Objective 8 PPIs.
